For example: -

Basically, a sentence needs at least one subject and one verb . Sometimes the subject of the sentence can be hidden, but the verb must be visible and present in the sentence. The verb is called the heart of the sentence.
For example :
Do it. In this sentence a subject 'you' (you) is hidden but the verb 'do' (do) is visible)
